Find support in our online community


We know that learning isn't a one time event. It's a process, and that process continues past the completion of any course. In order to ensure that our learners have the support needed to make positive, sustainable changes to how they give and receive feedback, we've built an online community for support.  This is an optional service available to online course and live workshop participants to get support from peers as well as from the expertise of our founder for developing skills in giving and receiving feedback at work.

1. Support

Learning is a process. We know that implementing new skills and changing the way we're accustomed to doing things doesn't occur at the completion of a course or workshop. It takes practice and the reinforcement of new ideas while being supported in your efforts. 

2. Connection

We learn more effectively when we can engage with others in the process. The ability to share our successes and challenges and learn from those of others plays an integral role in applying and practicing new skills. In today's world of hybrid work, the value of this connection is greater than ever. 

3. Expertise

Feedback is complex. Different organizational and interpersonal factors will impact how feedback is given and received. The community gives you access to our founder's expertise for questions specific to your particular circumstances as you navigate your day to day work and requirements with feedback.
