How It Works
Your organization chooses a monthly package of support minutes. Whenever someone hits a tricky feedback situation, a hard message to deliver, a tough conversation with their manager, or feedback they're struggling to process, they book a confidential call to talk it through and leave with a clear, practical way forward. Minutes are shared across your whole team and can be used over as many calls as needed within the month, and you receive a full usage report at the end of each period.
