Those that struggle with receiving feedback limit their awareness of how others view them in the workplace and impair their ability to grow and develop in the pursuit of their goals. Depending on one's positional power within the organization, this can also hinder organizational growth as others around you become less willing to share candid and valuable feedback.

Those that struggle with giving feedback fail to have their voices heard within their organization, decreasing feelings of motivation and engagement. For those in leadership roles, a difficulty with giving effective feedback also impairs their ability to help others achieve greater levels of success.

If feedback is difficult and holding you or one of your employees back, I can help. I'll listen to the challenges and put together a customized plan for a series of one on one sessions that utilize a combination of coaching, training, and guidance to develop awareness and skills in feedback.

Who It's For

Every plan is built around the specific challenges and opportunities of the participant. We start with a short exploratory call to understand the challenges faced. From there, I put together a customized series of one-on-one sessions that combine coaching, training, and guidance to build awareness and skills. The first session is always spent understanding the environment and relationships at play, as well as past experiences that may be shaping how one may be showing up. Personal assessments add insight into how strengths and values shape the way feedback is given and received, and what we can lean into to make positive changes.

Sessions are delivered virtually and scheduled around the participant. Packages are tailored to the number of sessions and components needed, with pricing being set after your exploratory call. All sessions are confidential, with optional stakeholder check-ins to communicate observed progress.
